Caro: Good afternoon Diego, my name is Carolina, I´m calling because I ordered some skirts from your store, but apparently they aren´t in stock.

Call center: Sure, may I know you order number?

Caro: yes, it is EI3304A

Call center: And what is you last name miss?

Caro: Robles, Carolina Robles.

Call center: Can you please spell it?

Caro: R as in Rum, O as in Oracle, B as in Baccardi, L as in Lucas, E as in Elephant and S as in Snake

Call center: Ok let me check in our system

Caro: How long will I have to wait for the clothes?

Call center: Your order will arrive in two days aproximately

Caro: I´m sorry, I can´t wait that long, I want a refund of my money to my bank account, the price I paid was $149.50
